DASS 21 scoring interpretation?

To get a score, you must have a sum of your client's answers organized according to the assigned letter. For your benefit, we've added the legend of each letter below:

  • S = stress
  • A = anxiety
  • D = depression

Each emotion score range has a corresponding interpretation. And it's as easy as matching the score to the severity of stress, anxiety, or depression.
