How to use the DASS 21 Scoring:

Step One. Access and Download the Template

DASS 21 scoring interpretation?

To get a score, you must have a sum of your client�??s answers organized according to the assigned letter. For your benefit, we�??ve added the legend of each letter below:

  • S = stress
  • A = anxiety
  • D = depression
